Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung des Wohlergehens der Bevölkerung von Vrin, die Wahrung und Pflege der auf dem Gemeindegebiet von Vrin befindlichen Siedlungen und Landschaft. Die Stiftung kann mit anderen Organisationen und Institutionen zusammenarbeiten, die gleiche oder ähnliche Ziele in Vrin verfolgen.
