Everything you need to know about data sources, updates and usage of OnlineInfo.ch.
Data comes from official Swiss public registers: the commercial register (Zefix/EHRA), the SOGC (SHAB), the trademark register (IGE/IPI), and the UID register of the SFTA.
Base data (Zefix/EHRA) is updated daily, approximately between 3 and 5 AM. New SOGC publications are integrated within 24 hours.
OnlineInfo.ch displays data as it appears in official registers. For corrections, please contact the responsible cantonal commercial register directly. You can also notify us via the Contact page.
Commercial use of the data requires a separate license. Automated scraping without written permission is prohibited under our Terms of Use.
Enter the UID number directly in the search field, e.g.
CHE-105.948.655 or CHE-105948655. The search automatically recognises both formats.Person data is being integrated progressively. Some cantons or register types are still being processed.
Yes. Visit OnlineInfo.ch/persons to browse and search registered persons directly. You can also enter a person's name (at least 4 characters) in the company search field at OnlineInfo.ch/search — matching persons appear in a separate section. Click on a person's name on a company page to see all their mandates.
Public procurement data comes from SIMAP (Swiss Information System for Public Procurement), the official register of tenders and contract awards by the federal government, cantons and municipalities. Over 58,000 entries are available at OnlineInfo.ch/tenders.
Yes. Visit OnlineInfo.ch/gazette for a browseable, searchable list of recent Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC) publications. Filter by publication type (new registration, amendment, deletion) or search by company name or keyword.
