Der Verein bezweckt Jugendliche zwischen 15 und 20 Jahren, die in verschiedenen Krisensituationen stehen können, sozialtherapeutisch zu unterstützen und zu betreuen, indem Jugendanwaltschaften, Vormundschaftsbehörden und anderen Institutionen Heimplätze für zivil- oder strafrechtliche Massnahmen angeboten werden.
