Zweck der Stiftung ist es, die Evangelisch-Reformierte Kirche des Kantons Basel-Stadt in ihrem Dienst für das Reich Gottes und die Verkündigung des Evangeliums von Jesus Christus zu unterstützen. Insbesondere bezweckt die Stiftung die Förderung der kirchlichen Jugendarbeit in der Kirchgemeinde Thomas.
